How to Clear Cache (Firefox)

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section and select the Clear Data... button. 
  4. A window will showing you two (2) options to clear data. De-select cookies and ensure Cached Web Content is selected. Select Clear to clear your cache:
