Incentives Management System

Conveniently control which incentives your dealership offers.

To access available incentives, login to Dealer Dashboard and select Incentives from the menu located on the left-hand side.

Once the page has loaded, you will see all available incentives and discounts available from the manufacturer.

New Inventory

Allows you to apply specific rebates to new inventory. This will appear on your New Inventory search results page. Apply Visible for incentives that apply to all customers or Targeted for incentives that apply to specific groups of customer (for example: new graduates).

Build & Price 

Allows you to apply specific rebates on all available models in your build & price showroom. Apply Visible for incentives that apply to all customers or Targeted for incentives that apply to specific groups of customer (for example: new graduates).

Once your incentives have been saved, based on what you’ve selected, your incentives will appear on the following page(s):

• New Inventory Search Results Page
• New Vehicle Details page
• Build & Price Summary Page

Each incentive has an expiry date that is set by the manufacturer:

• Once the incentive has expired, this will be removed automatically from your website.
• Should the incentive expiry date be extended, the incentive will remain active on your website.
• Please note that all new incentives and rebates that are applied should appear on your website within a few minutes, however this can take up to 24 hours.
