A Guide to Enhancing Your Vehicle Inventory with Professional Image Overlays
On the left Menu of the Dashboard, select Photo Overlays:
You will see an area where you can add a New Overlay. This is where you will upload your overlay graphic.
Photo Overlay Graphic Best Practices
- The minimum recommended image size 1280x960 pixels.
- Save your overlay as a Transparent PNG file format.
Give your overlay graphic a name and upload it. Emojis are supported in the name. In this example, we will name it 🔥Sample Overlay.
You will now see all of your uploaded Overlay Graphics.
Adding Overlay to a Vehicle Listing
- You can add your overlay to ALL existing listings using the Bulk Editor. From here you can select which listings you wish to enable the overlay on. This is the quickest method of enabling the overlays on your existing listings.
- If you wish to add your overlay to individual listings, you can always go to Inventory and select the vehicle listing you would like to add the overlay on.
- Scroll to the very bottom to the Photos section. You will see drop-down options to apply your overlay. You can choose to have the overlay on the first photo, or all photos.
- Once you have selected your overlays, hit Apply.
- You will now see your overlays on the photos.
- Be sure to Save your listing.
- If you wish to remove all overlays from a listing, hit Clear Overlays.
Deleting an Overlay
- To delete an Overlay press Delete.
- Once the overlay is deleted, it will be moved to the Recently Deleted section.
- Deleted overlays can be Restored within 30 days.
Important Notes:
- Deleting an overlay from the Photo Overlays section will NOT remove it from any inventory you've applied it to.
- The overlays will stay in place until you remove them from the listing.
- To remove an overlay from a listing, select No Overlay from the Dropdown and hit Apply. Alternatively, you can also hit Clear Overlays.
