Getting to know Dealer Dashboard

A quick tour of Dealer Dashboard: where to sign in, how to manage your inventory and photos, and where to find Cruise Control, Bills of Sale and Dashboard Connect.

Video Guide and Steps Below

Step 1: Sign in

Go to accounts.carpages.ca and sign in to Dealer Dashboard with your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.

Step 2: Inventory is home base

Inventory is where you edit, filter and add vehicles, all in one place. Use the filters (Status, Make, Body type and Price) to narrow your list, or click + Add Vehicle to add a new one.

Step 3: Change many vehicles at once with Bulk Edit

Click Bulk Edit to update status and price modifiers on many vehicles at once, or to restore archived listings.

Step 4: Make your photos stand out

Use Background Studio and Photo Overlays to add branded overlays and clean, consistent backgrounds to your vehicle photos.

Step 5: Let Cruise Control run rules for you

Set a rule once in Cruise Control, such as applying showroom backgrounds to the vehicles that match your criteria, and it keeps applying itself.

Step 6: Create a Bill of Sale

Bills of Sale are built into Dealer Dashboard. Create one from any vehicle, then download or print it.

Step 7: Dashboard Connect lives in Chrome

Dashboard Connect, used to post your vehicles to Facebook Marketplace, is a Chrome extension. It is not found inside Dealer Dashboard. For setup instructions, see our guide How to Post Inventory to Facebook Marketplace Using Dashboard Connect.
